Once you have told us the problem, we can fix it remotely by either telling you what needs to be done or by logging in and fixing it for you.

As long as you have an internet connection, we can usually launch a remote control session to your PC.

If we are unable to resolve your issue this way, you can arrange for one of our engineers to visit you at your site**. Whichever suits you best, it’s your choice.

Monthly Maintenance Package

A straightforward IT Support Contract package. For a monthly fee we provide unlimited remote control, telephone and email technical support to you and your staff.

With the installation of a small piece of software onto PC’s and servers, IT support contract customers can benefit from proactive monitoring services. This takes our remote fixing abilities to the next level as we are alerted and able to fix problems often before you realise you have one. Our systems also allow us to roll out patch management policies to your network to ensure your computers stay fully up to date and secure.

Currently we estimate that 90% of customer issues can be fixed via remote IT support saving the cost of an onsite visit.**

We believe that the best thing for you, is for us to practice prevention rather than cure.

We are firm believers that calling for IT support should not be an intimidating experience and we encourage our customers to call us as often as they like, we like talking to people! We then provide simple plain English answers and solutions to their questions and find a way to get your IT support issue resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

If you really don’t want to speak to us in person, you can raise a ticket via email or our web based customer portal. Whichever method you choose, your case will create a job in our online ticketing system. This means we can both keep a record of issues raised and work carried out. It also means that nothing gets overlooked.
